El Barranco - Letter received

Dear Philip,

Like many other owners I took the opportunity along with my son  to reserve an apartment  in November 2005 with the view of long term capital growth and potential rental income on completion. Having visited the area on many occasions I have seen at first  hand the  development grow from an off plan architects drawing board to completion, whilst at the same time overcoming  the doubts and unhelpful local opinion offered over the last five years. I feel it must be said your dedication along with others to the build project and attention to detail has been highly commendable, proving to be a great credit to those who initially believed in the project.

Lastly, having a belief in the project and yourself must be reflexed to the Bramhall office team to who I must say congratulations on  your achievement , well done.
