June Progress report

Dear all,

A little bit more good news. The Town Hall of San Miguel approved our application for the Licence of First Occupation for El Barranco last Wednesday 4th June. Now as I understand they only have to approve our application for the Habitation Certificates which should follow without complications.

Then when we have this paperwork we should be able to contact all El Barranco soon to be owners to advise them that they need to go (or their Power of Atorney) to the Notary to effect completion on their property(ies).

 If anything changes which means that we can complete earlier you will be advised.
