Dear Mrs DeCourcey,

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that the look of El Barranco Resort isn't to your personal taste and can confirm that the finished project is built as per the construction drawings approved in the Town Hall in April 2004.

I cannot comment on 'undercurrent of animousity' though do accept that any developer obstructing resident's previously clear views of the sea may be unpopular.
