I have been following the progress of this development since 2001 when the completion date was then advertised as being JUNE 2003. Five years later it would appear that numerous excuses are being used for the as yet non occupation of the site. It occurs to me that the truth is being withheld. I was told that if i were to buy off plan i would see a 15 to 20 % increase in my investment, according to two estate agents the property's can be purchased for LESS than the initial "off-plan" prices.   The road that was due to be completed with tarmac last month still has'nt and the infrastructure company employed by the town hall have left the site and are refusing to complete the road. There appears to be a major problem that is not being disclosed as well as a well voiced unanmous objection within the established community of Amerilla golf surrounding the development. Instead of pathetic excuses can someone in your organisation TELL THE TRUTH. Jack Oakley (prospective purchaser).
