January Progress Report
Dear all,
As projected the Architect’s Final Works Certificate was signed by the Professional Team in January whereupon it was presented and approved in both the college of Technical Architects and the College of Architects.
We are now presently gathering all the requisite information, certificates, reports etc in order to be able to present to the Town Hall our applications for the Licence of First Occupation and Habitation Certificates. These submissions should be made over the next two weeks, to enable us to hopefully gain the requisite permissions to allow legal handover of properties from the end of March or April as previously suggested.
From the middle of January Taurus have taken over responsibility for maintaining the El Barranco Resort in respect of garden maintenance and security. The swimming pools, which were not maintained via their filtration units over the Christmas break, are now either clean again or in the process of being cleaned. Once they sparkle Taurus will accept the ongoing maintenance liability of these.
There are also two teams of operatives carrying out remedial works to remedy the items picked up by snagging the properties in December 2007.
