December Progress Report

Dear all,

We would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year.

Over here the snow fall up in the mountains has given a great oportunity to take the attached photographs.

As for progress we are now envisaging getting the Architects Certificate in January which will allow us to apply for the First Occupacion Licences and Habitation Certificates. These as previously will take approximately 2 months to gain so if all goes well we should be contacting you all towards the end of March to request your presence (or that of your Power of Atorney) at the Notary's office.

If you haven't already can I ask that you send to us in the New Year the form which we sent out to you all requesting various pieces of information to speed the process up with our lawyer, the Notary and your property transaction. If you have misplaced the blank form please print one off the blog, fill out and send on to us. (Fax 00 34 922 737174 or email).
