November Progress Report

Dear all,

Hope you like the attached photos showing the completed Resort of El Barranco. Even though it has taken a little longer than I had envisaged it is looking likely that we will gain the Architect’s works completion certificate in the next week or so, which we will then be able to present with a whole myriad of other paperwork to the Town Hall, hopefully prior to Christmas to apply for the certificates needed to hand over to all owners. Once presented, if they are content with the information and the Resort passes their and other authorities inspections wee should be able to notify you of when you or your Power of Atorney need to complete for your property.

As I’m sure many of you will be over here for Christmas I look forwarding to seeing you. To those who I don’t see before Christmas I hope you have a lovely festive break.
