September Progress Report
Dear all,
The building works at El Barranco Resort have all but been completed now, with all attention now on testing and commissioning of all items from swimming pool water-tightness to electrical circuit testing and checking of operation of the irrigation system and plumbing installations etc.
Grass seed has been planted in the centre of the lower section of the site and in each individual garden of Villas 2 to 7 and 10.
Painters are hard at work applying further coats of paint to external elevations and metalwork and reparations of outstanding defects within properties are being carried out prior to a final clean and redecoration.
Our architect has indicated that he will be able to issue the Final Works Certificate later on this month, so soon after that point we will be able to apply to the Town Hall for the habitation certificates.
Infrastructure works in the surrounding streets is progressing.
The attached photos give you a good idea of how complete we are now.
