Merry Christmas 2006

Merry Christmas to you all from site over here in Tenerife. We hope you have a lovely festive break and wish you all the best for the New Year.

Progress on site since my last update a month ago has been excellent. Block B is now nearing the completion of the majority of major elements. The final areas of tiles to communal areas are now being laid, the plant boxes at the front of most terraces are being located and the remaining patio doors are in the process of being installed. Following this internal decoration of the apartments will take place, with the installation of the kitchens, front doors and the electrical and plumbing installations will be completed.

Block A is the next most advanced. Here the apartments all have tiled floors, plastered walls and ceilings and have electrical and plumbing first fix in place. The communal areas and terraces are presently being prepared for application of floor screed and tiles to finish.

Blocks C and D are still progressing as are the Villas though in the comming months they will take their final form as Blocks A and B.

With all the drainage, water distribution and electrical distribution networks now in place underground work has recommenced on the swimming pools. Pool number 1 is to be worked on first, with all of the pump and equipment rooms being fitted out.
