Update - 27th October 2006

Dear all,

Since my last update on 20th October progress has been made on the following items:

1. Regular progress meeting took place on Tuesday.
2. The Town Hall’s infrastructure contractor, Fracisa, have started working on the new section of road, which passes in front of Scorpio.
3. Progress on site this week:
1. Roofing works are now ongoing to Blocks A, C and D, with A almost completely tiled now.
2. Rendering of external walls to Blocks, A, B and C is progressing.
3. Walls and ceilings continue to be plastered in Block A.
4. Complete window units have been installed within approximately half of the window openings within Block B.
5. Circular staircases have been in put in place to link the penthouses with the roof top solarium areas to Blocks A and B.
6. The kitchen units within the show apartment (B107) have been fitted, together with the internal doors. In addition the wardrobes have been fitted within Bedrooms 1 and 3 and are fully lined with the same wood as the doors. Each section has a clothes rail.

The photos below show the kitchen units within the show apartment, the wardrobes to Bedrooms 1 and 3, and the internal doors complete with handles.
