Latest Update 29th August 2006

1. Regular progress meeting took place on Tuesday 29^th August.
2. The bank´s valuer had his usual monthly site visit yesterday to view the progress of the works and approve the value of the last certificate.
3. Progress on site this week:
   1. All the individual villas (numbers 2 to 7 and 10) have now had their roofs tiles.
   2. The timber roof structure to Block B is now complete and the remaining over boarding is being carried out.
   3. More external rendering has been carried out to Block A.
   4. Installation of plaster boarded ceilings finished with a skim coat of plaster is progressing well within Block B apartments.
   5. Plastering of walls to Block B apartments is also progressing well.
   6. The staircase between Block D and Villa 8 has been cast.
   7. Grouting of tiles to kitchens and bathrooms is mostly complete to Blocks B and D.
   8. The steelwork to support the first floor walkway and second floor pergola, roadside has been completed to blocks B and D and is almost complete to Blocks A and C.
