Taurus Project Manager Philip Wright Reports:

Progress has been made on the following items:

Progress on site since 4^th August:

1. 1. The roofs of five individual villas have now been tiled inclusive of laying of ridge and hip tiles.
   2. The timber roof structure to Block B has been put in place and over-boarding is presently ongoing prior to fixing of tiles.
   3. Rendering of the external walls of Villas 1 to 7 and 10 has been carried out.
   4. Rendering of the external walls to second floor apartments to the first half of Block B has been carried out with rendering of the walls to the second floor apartments to Block A presently being carried out.
   5. Plastering of the walls and ceilings to the basement parking areas of Blocks A and C is almost complete.
   6. The staircases between the Terrace bar and Block A and between Block C and Villa 11 have been cast.
   7. Two sections of retaining walls have been cast, one adjacent to the underground water storage tank, the other between Villas 3 and 4 ready for a staircase to be built up against it.
   8. Plastering of apartment walls and ceilings is progress to Block B.
   9. Tiling of kitchens and bath/shower rooms is almost complete within the apartments of Blocks B and D.
   10. External electrical lighting points are being chased out for and conduits installed ready for wiring.
   11. The timber covered walkway to the second floor to Block B under the boarded roof covering is now looking very impressive and is softening the harsh lines of the concrete.
