Elbarranco

Progress on site over the last two weeks

The stone faced walls to the southern boundary are being raised in height with good progress each day.

Blockwork to Blocks A, B, C and D is approximately 98% complete including that to roofs with only parapet wall columns needing to be completed.

All chasing out of blockwork has been carried out to Block B on all three levels for both plumbing and electrics. All first fix plumbing has been installed to all three levels of Block B. All other walls of Blocks A, C and D have been marked out in preparation for chasing out.

90% of the work involved in laying the three underground 50cm diameter flood protection pipes has been carried out. The reinforcement for the walls and slab of the inspection chamber to connect existing to new pipes has been fabricated and installed within the excavation.

External block walls to Villas 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 have been built up.

Attached photos show view along road side elevation of Blocks B and D, stone faced wall adjacent to 5 linked villas, and a view of Block B and the individual villas.
