El Barranco latest news
Latest news from El Barranco shows great progress.

Progress on site over the last two weeks: The work to build up the exposed stone wall adjacent to the five linked villas is progressing well. Further ground is being cleared to allow the continuation of this wall across the width of the site along our southern boundary.

Columns have been cast off foundations for each of the single storey villas except for no.10. The roof slab to no.7 has been cast and the blockwork walls to villa no.3 have been built.
The blockwork walls to support the roof structures and form the roof top terraced areas to Blocks A, B, C and D have been built up.
First fix plumbing has been installed to the 16 ground and first floor apartments of Block B. All apartments except for the villas have now been marked out for chasing out of blockwork to allow first fix electrical and plumbing installations, and the operation of chasing out is ongoing, closely followed by fixing of installations.
Work on the installation of the three 50cm diameter rainwater pipes, which run through the centre of the site has commenced and to date approximately 80m have been laid and then covered up again.
